We were inspired to design a system that recognizes our athletes' personal achievements in fitness. Sometimes it's just more motivating to challenge yourself personally. Thrill's Elevation CrossFit © is an ideal way to achieve results.  We've established male and female CrossFit benchmarks that will provide a path for you to learn your limits, and then push yourself to surpass them.

CrossFit Terms & Definitions

Fundamental Movements
Air Squat, Front Squat (bar in front rack position and squat), Overhead Squat (bar held overhead and Squat), Press, Push Press (slight dip in Knees and Press), Push Jerk (dip, pull under bar and press), Deadlift, SumoDeadlift High pull (sumo stance with upright row), and Medicine Ball Clean (Power Clean with a Medicine Ball). 

OLY Movements
Snatch--Bar begins on ground and is flipped above your head into Overhead squat position and then you stand up.   Clean and Jerk--You begin with bar on ground and pull the bar up to your chest and then press the bar overhead

Double Unders
Jumping Rope in which the Rope Passes 2X under feet for each jump

HandStand Push Up--You set up a handstand against the wall then proceed to lower yourself into headstand and then back into a handstand

Deadlifts and Handstand Pushups in 3 sets of 21 reps, 15 reps, and finally 9 reps

Clean and Jerk prescribed weight 30 times in set time

1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push ups, 300 airsquats, 1 mile run

Thrusters (bar begins in front squat position, you then squat and then stand and press the bar overhead) and pull ups in 3 sets of the following reps 21, 15 and then 9
