Born and raised in Las Vegas, Madi was always interested in physical fitness, beginning with gymnastics as a teen, including coaching and judging competitions. After earning a B.S. in Advertising and and a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, she embarked on a corporate career with well known companies including Disney and The Jim Henson Company. She stayed physically active in recreational sports, but was emotionally inspired when she experienced yoga for the first time over 20 years ago. The mind, body and spirit benefits of yoga transformed Madi from corporate executive to yogi. Her personal passion for yoga compelled her to share that experience with others. She completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training with Yogaworks in June 2014 and went on to complete the Yogaworks 300 hour Professional Program in February 2015. She is now registered with the Yoga Alliance as a RYT-500 Hour Yoga Teacher.
